Refund Policy for Online Content

7-Day Trial Period (Pro Packages Only)

You can try our Pro packages risk-free for 7 days. During this trial period, you'll have access to all the features and content included in the Pro package. If you're not satisfied within this period, you can request a refund.

 

Eligibility for Refunds (Pro Packages Only)

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

1. *Timeframe*: You must request a refund within 3 days of the trial period ending (total of 10 days from purchase). If you don't request a refund within this timeframe, you'll no longer be eligible for a refund.

2. *Usage*: You haven't exceeded a reasonable usage limit. This means you shouldn't have completed a significant portion of the course, accessed premium content extensively, or used the service in a way that's inconsistent with a trial period.

3. *Package*: Refunds are only available for Pro packages. If you've purchased a different type of package, you may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria, here's what you need to do:

 

1. *Contact Us*: Reach out to our customer service team via email playtube@cityaliens.com with your order details and reason for refund. Please include your order number, username, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.

2. *Refund Method*: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. This means that if you paid with a credit card, your refund will be credited back to your credit card.

 

Refund Amounts

- *Refund Calculation*: If you meet the eligibility criteria, you'll receive a refund of 90% of the original purchase price. A penalty fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.

- *Example*: If you purchased a Pro package for $100, your refund would be $90 (90% of the original purchase price).

 

Subscription Services

- *No Refunds for Subscriptions*: We do not offer refunds for subscription-based services, regardless of package. Instead, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

- *Billing Cycle*: Our subscription services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You'll be charged for each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

 

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:
